The LeafNut system includes:

• Web based TrunkNode operating software that you access through your web-browser
• An encrypted web-based system that is secure at the user access point and at all levels of communication
• BranchNodes and LeafNodes that are easily installed in the lanterns
  

Harvard will provide:

• All hardware including ballasts, BranchNodes and LeafNodes
• All system set up allowing full user operation via the secure internet based on-line system
• Harvard will host the operating system
• All the above will be carried out under a service level agreement.
• This is a simple and clear agreement based on a cost per column per year- with no artificial barriers or charges.
• The agreement is expandable at any time and will cost less than your current costs per year.
